Development of new standards for ezchange of atomic and molecular data

摘要：

We report on the development of a new standard for exchange of atomic, molecular and particle-surface(solid)-interaction data based on the XML schema (XSAMS). The general structure of X.SAMS is discussed, and future directions of XSAMS development are outlined.
