Characteristics of Corporate Citizenship: Comparative A nalysis about Three Commercial Banks
Taking the material from three financial enterprises as samples, the author, using the empirical model of behavior research, studied companys citizenship based on strategic intention under content analysis. It is shown in the research result that companys citizenship, as a veiled strategy, has been adopted by most large and medium-sized enterprises. Though diversified in appearance, those strategies are all conducive to the companies images. Therefore, it is an important strategy or method for the corporation to link citizenship to their strategy in seeking their own competitive edge.
