INFLUENCE FACTORS ANALYSIS IN HIGH PERFORMANCE CONCRETE ULTRASONIC DETECTION
Experiment arrangement uses three levels four factors orthogonal design. Each group of test samples includes 3d, 7d, 28d, 60d, four ages in a total of 324 test samples. After measuring at difference ages concrete samples by the ultrasonic testing instrument, the influence factors on strength based on ultrasonic measurement is analyzed using the orthogonal analysis method for the high performance concrete based on ultrasonic values. This test analyzes the influence of the cement content, the water cement ratio, the slag content and the fly ash content on concrete strength and the ultrasonic velocity. The test results indicate the tendency of ultrasonic wave being influenced by cement content and the strength of concrete is basically consistent at the age of 28 days. The ultrasonic velocity together with water/cement ratio reduction tends to be increased. The ultrasonic wave velocity is related to quantity of slag. The influence of fly ash is not significant on the ultrasonic wave. Consideration of the changes in high performance concrete ultrasonic velocity with decreased error, the curve for normal strength concrete should be revised.
