EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE MIX MATERIAL PROPORTIONING OF STEEL SLAG FLY-ASH BLACK CONCRETE PILE BODY
The paper introduced the application of steel slag and coal-dust ash in composite foundation of rammed cast-in situ pile. It underscored the intensity variation characteristics of the mixture of steel slag coal-dust ash cement, and pointed out that the rational proportion of the Mixture was the cruxes to the success. The comparison experiments were carried out using different proportioning pile body mixture, which is formed by steel slag, fly ash, water and cement, and the optimum proportion of pile body mixture was investigated based on the analysis of the changing laws of composite strength and its corresponding influential factors, which provide good references for design and construction. Considering the strength (early strength) and the costs of materials, ratio A5 programme was the best option, that was cement : Fly Ash: Slag = 10:10:80, mixed 2.0% ordinary portland cement(325 #).According to the design of piles of strength, to maintain the condition which the steel slag volume is 80 percent in the admixture, the best results is the early strength when the proportion scope of cement and fly ash was 6:14 to 10:10. The research result has certain directive significance for the application of such composite foundation pipepiles.
