EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON SEISIMIC BEHAVIOR OF PRECAST CONCRETE BEAM-COLUMN SUBASSEMBLAGE WITH CAST-IN-SITU MONOLITHIC JOINTS
Using the comparable full-scale model test method, the seismic behavior of precast concrete beam-column subassemblies with cast-in-situ monolithic joints under low-cycle reversed loading is studied. Two forms of the welded connections of the longitudinal bars at the bottom of the beams are investigated: (1) the welded position is located at the middle of the column, and (2) the welded position is close to the column end. The failure pattern, hysteretic characteristic, skeleton curve, ductility, energy dissipation of precast concrete beam-column subassemblage with cast-in-situ monolithic joints are analyzed, and the results show that both kinds of the above two connections have similar seismic capacity.
