Research on Permanent Innovation
Innovation is essential to the survival of organizations that use innovation to promote their development and create their future. Permanent innovation becomes vital to organizations that hopes to adapt the accelerated changing environment. Since innovation is a vast topic, the five principles of permanent innovation are put forward in this paper to help researchers and managers to systematically analyze and manage innovation: principle of innovations strategic role, principle of classified management based on different types of innovation, principle of instant action, principle of innovations interaction and human-orientation, principle of all-around innovation, which included four strategic innovation viewpoints. These principles can be regarded as the methodology to study and manage permanent innovation.
