The Efficiency Evaluation of Technical Innovation in China Based on CCR/BCC Models
This paper applied Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methodology to evaluation of technical innovation. By using the statistics, it shows that efficiency of technical innovation of east regions is higher than that of west regions in China. However, the results of this paper show that the overall efficiency of technical innovation in China is low, and the resource conversion capability is not strong.
