As a historical process, informationization pushes forward the transformation of economy and society as well as improves the economic growth quality by making use of the information technology, developing information resourcse, promoting information exchanges and knowledge sharing. In the future, informationization will exert greater impact on the economic and social development, reshaping the global economic competition.
