A Comparison of Technological Innovation Capability in Steel Industry: the Case of Posco and Baosteel

摘要：

This paper analyzes the technological innovation capability of Posco and Baosteel from two categories known as technological innovation input and technological innovation output. Comparisons have been made in order to reveal key factors of sustaining technological innovation capability. In the end, the paper proposes suggestions on how to promote technological innovation of Chinas steel enterprises.
