A Research on the CTI Process of the Internet Industry

摘要：

To study the problem of CTI application in the Internet industry, this paper introduces the characteristics of the Internet industry and the traditional model of CTI activities, the Herring model, and demonstrates that,as a model of convergence and obedience,the Herring mode can not be well applied to the Internet industry with the characteristics of non-constant changes. Based on the Herring model, we propose an evolutionary model of CTI process in the Internet industry with a divergence oriented early warning module, which is expected to provide a solution to the problem of the CTI workflow for the Internet industry environment.
