An Open System-based Intelligent Competitive Intelligence System in the Internet Environment
With the development of information technology, the open internet system has become the largest source of information disclosure. As an open, massive system, the internet interacts with the community complexly, which is a great challenge to information process for immediate access to massive information, intelligent analysis and accurate evaluation of information. This paper discusses an open information source-oriented approach, as an application to open systems theory and meta-synthesis methodology. Then a three-tier structure of smart intelligence processing in the internet environment, and a human-centered human-machine integrated approach are developed. Furthermore, we designed a framework of the human-machine integrated intelligent competitive intelligence system, which will provide effective support in competitive intelligence researches and applications.
