The Evaluation of the Threat from Competitors Based on Fuzzy Information

摘要：

Making an evaluation of the threat from competitors and giving a series of scientific explanations of information about the competitors are very important to make a strategy to deal with the drastic competition for any enterprise. But most of the time, the information from competitors is limited and incomplete. Grey garget theory is grey relational theory dealing with the lists of modes and its core concept is reaching a degree which can be used to solve the problem of competition with limited and incomplete information from competitors.
