A Model of the Key Intelligence Topic Process Management
Aside from providing a framework of workflow, the current state of art CI systems cannot assist the planning and direction process of competitive intelligence cycle any more. This paper proposes a new model of CI system for the KIT process management which collects and analyzes intelligence needs automatically from the decision-making or early warning tasks a manager needs to fulfill, help CI professionals converge all the intelligence demand to establish KITs and action plans. A sample application of the model is used to show the virtue of the model proposed.
