摘要：

Based on the literature of competitive technical intelligence, this paper discusses the legal attributes of competitive technical intelligence, and analyzes legal issues on various aspects of competitive technical intelligence processes. In addition, the paper briefly talks about legal protection of competitive technical intelligence.
