Analysis on the Building of Publishing Enterprises Competitive Intelligence System
The publishing industry is a typical case of monopolistic competition market. Publishing enterprises have monopolistic profit on their advantage publications and face brisk competition. It is very important to set up enterprise competitive intelligence system in publishing enterprise because this system can enhance the capability to competition, facilitate scientific decision and decrease publishing risk. The ECIS should include intelligence collecting, processing, serving and feedback sub-system. To build the ECIS, the publishing enterprises should train employees about the importance of intelligence, collect the competitive intelligence multi-channels and make full use of feedback system to adapt to the change of environments.
