The Development of Intelligence Mediums in China
This paper expounded following points with facts: Intelligence is one kind of informations it is transmitted not only by paper, but also by electricity. History deals with things of the past. The Chinese character 电(electricity) was first appeared on a bronzy vessel named as Fan Sheng Guei(番生簋, basin of Fan Sheng) in Chow Dynasty (周朝,BC1100—BC771) of ancient China). The study of history enables us to understand things that are not present to us. In China today more and more people transmit scientific and technological intelligence on line, or with telephone, TV, broadcast and E-book. Paper medium is integrating telecom and network as means to transmit intelligence. When we evaluate an intelligence organization, we not only need to see how many paper books, magazines and newspapers in it, but also see whether it subscribes to databases all over the world and also whether it can provide all-round, new, fast and accurate information to consumers. It is necessary for China to foster new mediums to narrow the gap between mature mediums and Chinas.
