Science and Technology Information Institutes of China and Competitive Technical Intelligence

摘要：

On the basis of analyzing related literature, this study provides a brief descirption of science and technology information institutes in terms of their research and service work from the perspective of Competitive Technical Intelligence. It investigates the existing problems and possible reasons of these intitutes research and service. Finally, we propose some suggestions on research and service work of science and technology information institutes under the background of China, which is committed to building a innovative country and enhancing independent innovating capability.
