From the enterprise aspect of information demands on technology innovation, this paper dwells on the importance of science and technology novelty search in technology innovation, and also the effect of technology innovation on S & T novelty search service. Next, we discuss how S & T novelty retrieval institutes provide essential and powerful information guarantee for enterprise technology innovation. At last, we seek the development strategy of S & T novelty search service.
