Research on Technology Crisis Forewarning Management of Enterprises Based on Competitive Intelligence
Along with the increasingly intensifying competition among enterprises, the upgrading and aging speed of enterprises technology is getting faster, the direction of technical development is increasingly harder to grasp than ever, and frequently occurred technology crises create huge pressure and threat to enterprises existence and development. Therefore, this problem has to be solved to keep enterprises away from technology crisis. In view of enterprises competitive technical environment and competitors and competitive strategy, how to utilize the strategies and methods of competitive intelligence, beginning with the information and intelligence related to technical aspects of enterprises, monitor and search systematically, analyze and predict scientifically, assess and diagnose comprehensively, and provide early crisis forewarning in technology. Based on competitive intelligence, the paper focused on the management thoughts of technology crisis forewarning management of enterprises and the constructions of technology crisis forewarning management systems.
