Building a System of Competitive Technical Intelligence Oriented towards Enterprise Innovation Ability

Competitive Technical Intelligence is a fundamental instrument for enterprise competition, playing a significant role in technology innovation. This paper introduces basic concepts of competitive technical intelligence and depicts its role in enterprise innovation as well as its materialization process. On this basis, the authors analyze the building of competitive technical intelligence system together with related suggestions.
