Competitive Intelligence: An Effective Tool in a Supply Chain Contezt
Quick response has become one of the key factors for enterprises to win a competitive market. It also helps enterprises combine competitive intelligence(CI)with supply chain management. Firstly, this paper analyzes enterprises quick response competence of the CI for the perspective of supply chain management. Then, it proposes a designed framework of quick response system and quick response tactics of enterprise CI in a supply chain context.
