A Study of the National Technological Transfer Strategy Based on the Competitive Technical Intelligence
This article discusses some questions about competitive technical intelligence (CTI) and technology transfer, which is a hot topic in the field of competitive technical intelligence. Firstly, the author discusses the relationship between competitive technical intelligence and technology transfer, then discusses the necessity of planning and implementing the national technology transfer strategy, then objectively analyzes the key issues of planning and implementing the national technology transfer strategy, and in the end, six suggestions on implementing national technology transfer strategy based on CTI is given out, that is, make the national technology transfer centers play important roles; build the technology transfer system based on CTI; create technology transfer database at the national level; strengthen the work about CTI and build information platform of national technology transfer; form a professional work talents engaging in technology transfer; promote the technology transfer and industry upgrading by the interaction between Science and Technology agencies and enterprises.
