The Technological Innovation Pattern Choice and the Strategy Research of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise by Using CTI

摘要：

The technological innovation ability of the small and medium-sized enterprise is the prime driving force of enhancing the competitive power and promoting the development. The competitive technical intelligence (CTI) is playing the crucial role in the small and medium-sized enterprise technological innovation. The small and medium-sized enterprise must make the technological innovation by using CTI, so that it can constantly have the advantage in the competition. This paper analyses some problems that the small and medium-sized enterprises face when using CTI, and further discusses the technological innovation pattern choice of the small and medium-sized enterprises by using CTI, and puts forward the corresponding strategy.
