Effects of Competitive Technical Intelligence on Enterprise Technology Strategy

If corporations want to remain invincible in competition, they need to adjust their technology strategies constantly and carry out technology innovation. The important means corporations get technology information is competitive technical intelligence (CTI). This article introduces the sources of CTI and the effects of CTI on enterprise technology strategy.
