CULTURAL MODE ANALYSIS IN THE GLOBALIZATION OF CHINESE ENTERPRISES

Economy going global has been an unchanged trend and Chinese enterprises of course cant go this way smoothly. During this, cultural integration is a relatively complicated segment This article starts out with Hollands scholar, Geert Hofstedes view about the national culture model, which is called Geert Hofstedes Model. According to it, the author sets up a model for Chinese national culture from 5 different angles; theyre Power Distance Index (PDI), Individualism (IDV), Individualism (IDV), Uncertainty Avoidance Index (DAI), and Long-Term Orientation (LTO). Meanwhile, the author also discusses the effects that the Chinese national culture has on enterprises globalization and puts forward the solution to the problems.
