APPLICATION RESEARCH ON BP ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK AND LM ALGORITHMS IN THE FIXED ASSETS INVESTMENT PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
The paper provides a new idea on improving the calculating speed of the complex economic system evaluation by adopting the LM algorithms based on BP artificial neural network. It deeply discusses the concrete implementation process of LM and BP algorithms by using the comprehensive economic performance evaluation on fixed assets invest economic performance module as the example, and carries on the systematic analysis on the fixed assets investment performance of the whole country 31 provinces, cities and autonomous region according to the evaluation result. The result shows that LM and BP algorithms to comprehensively evaluate the similar, uncertain, even self-contradict indexes have very strong practicability.
