FEATURES OF GEOINFORMATIONAL MAPPING FOR CLIMATIC, HYDROELECTRIC AND BIOCLIMATIC ESTIMATION OF EASTERN-EUROPE FLATS RECOURSES
There are some result of European part of Russia climatic resources and hazards evolution in Global climatic changes project, that are realized within the analytical official task program Scientific potential progress of high school education(2006-2008) in this article. The main interest is aimed at the methodology of cartographical modeling of climatic, hydroelectric and bioclimatic resources of Eastern-Europe flat. The methodology of cartographical modeling is realized with a special GIS, made especially for this methodology.
