A TERRITORY INTEGRATED GEOINFORMATION DIGITAL MODEL THE ELECTRONIC EARTH: STRUCTURE, TECHNOLOGIES AND REALIZATION

摘要：

The problem is put to develop a cybernetic 4D model of the Earth on the basis of currently available knowledge. Such intellectual model should provide accumulation of knowledge in conformity with logic structure of the organization of geoobjects, extraction of new knowledge on the basis of the data analysis and researches of various models of a subject domain, using methods of the artificial intellect, for generalizing existing knowledge and for generating new one.
