CARTOGRAPHICAL MONITORING OF PROCESSES OF PRIORITY NATIONAL PROJECTS FOR STABLE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF REGION
Research of processes of realization processes of priority national projects (PNP) with using of informational technologies is an essential proposition. Its actuality is stipulated by intensifying in time influence of many factors on social, population, economic, ecological situation in Russian Federations subjects. In certain measure it is explained by deficiency in special information about realization processes of PNP, likewise the absence of methods, which permit to approach complexly to learning this problem, where the main role lead away to means of automated cultivation of facts, modelling, drawing and visualization of information. Using of GIS -technologies, except spatial attachment of facts, analysis and modelling, allow leading expert estimation of received results, which permit specialists to prepare analytical materials based on received facts for manufacturing regional politics on major aspects of priority national projects for stable social and economic development of region on example of Republic Sakha (Yakutia).
