INFORMATION-ANALYTICAL SYSTEM OF A BUREAU OF TECHNICAL INVENTORY ESTATE INVENTORIZATION MASTER(IAS BTIESTATE IM)

The paper gives a description of information-analytical system of a Bureau of Technical Inventory Estate Inventorization Master. Advantages of the program are considered in comparison with analogues. The authors describe two modules of the program Information-analytical system of conducting the engineering specifications and electronic passports Estate Document (further IAS Estate Document) and The automated system of editing and storage of general and floor plans Estate Plot (further AS Estate Plot) and a data storage in a network database in DBCS PostgreSQL. The system was developed on the basis of the core OpenGISCore.
