STUDY OF LOW LEVEL AND UPPER LEVEL WIND REGIME CORRELATION IN THE 200-M LAYER OF ATMOSPHERE FOR WIND ENERGY

摘要：

There is based the possibility of obtaining climatological information from wind characteristics in the lower 200m air layer with the help of comparatively short observation series at high-altitude meteorological complexes. Deferent methods are described for obtaining such information for climatic providing the wind power engineering. As an example, the climatological cal features of wind distribution over Habarovsk are studied.
