THEORETICAL PROBLEMS OF CONCEPTION FOR THE ECOLOGICAL FRAME FORMATION OF TERRITORIES
The problems of theory of the ecological frame formation of territories (EFFT) are considered with positions of system approach and geoecology. System analysis and synthesis of problem field of that conception and methods of its researches, the systems (physics) interpretation of EFFT notion, some results of researches of definite orientation of frame, the functional (in the terms of synergetics theory) definition and information (mathematical) reasons of management problems of EFFT are presented. The practical directions use of the results - geoecology aspects of the theory regions Sustainable Development, geoinformation systems and technology of making of control complexity decisions.
