USE OF GIS-TECHNOLOGIES FOR MAINTENANCE STEADY DEVELOPMENT OF TERRITORIES
Authors show approaches and methods to creation and use of GIS-technologies for the purposes of steady development of territories; structurally - functional features GIS of territories. The system of indicators and parameters of quality of regional development is offered. The indicators of social, economic, demographic and ecological safety reflecting interrelations in regional system < a nature - the population - an economy > are allocated. As the synthetic indicator of steady development of territory the parameter of quality of the life, showing a deviation of a condition of real indexes from normative is offered. On the basis of use of indicators of quality of regional development, authors make the electronic maps reflecting a degree of trouble of the city environment and instability of development of territory of Mordovia. Integrated character of research problems of stability of city territory, and also necessity of development and use of GIS-technologies for management is marked.
