MAKING SYSTEM OF ECOLOGICAL MONITORING AT OIL MINING WITH USING OF GIS-TECHNOLOGIES

In article on the basis of available experience creation of system of ecological monitoring is proved at oil mining. On an example of the developed system of monitoring of atmospheric pollution are offered variants of optimization of an observant network in different weather conditions, different forms of relief, capacity of pollution emissions in atmospheric air. Opportunities of use GIS for planning and making system of monitoring are estimated.
