TECHNIQUE OF ASSESSMENT OF INTENSITY ON A RUSSIAN LABOUR MARKET IN VIEW OF THE INTERNATIONAL LABOUR MIGRATION
In clause scales of the international labour migration to Russia and from Russia in a regional cut are considered. The authors technique of an estimation of intensity on a labour market in view of the international labour migration is offered. Calculations are made and classification of regions of Russia on an index is developed Intensity on a labour market in view of the international labour migration according to 2005. On the basis of results of calculations a series of maps for Russia is created. On conceptual directions of policy concerning regulation by the international labour migration the point of view proves in Russia.
