The industrial pollution of environment is the reason of many diseases in the world according to the World Health organization (WHO, 1998). Environment becomes one of determinant factors which influence on health. Traditional problems of health of the population connected with environment are aggravated with increasing pollution, caused by industrial and agricultural human activity in many regions. Nowadays about 80% of present illnesses are considered to be connected with negative influence of the environment.Investigations of many authors show that anthropogenous factors are the main components of risk of diseases of the population, particularly technogenic air and water pollution which complicate many illnesses of respiratory system, cardiovascular and oncological diseases, tuberculosis etc. First of all direct and intermediate influence of antropogenous pollution adversely affects children, old men and patients who have chronic diseases and are more sensitive cohort of the population.
