摘要：

Today there is a growth in number of oncological diseases in Russia, as well as all over the world. The process of search and revealing the causes of cancerous growth is extremely difficult. Studying spatial data of cancer morbidity and determining its possible exogenous factors is one of the methods of prophylaxis and treatment of this dangerous illness.
