FORMATION ECOLOGICAL-ECONOMICAL PROCESSES IN FRONTIER REGIONS
The role of the natural-resource factors is rather high both when new structures appear and the existing territorial-economic structures are reconstructed, especially in the frontier regions. It connects with the new economical politics, the extension of the economical connections with the neighbouring states (for Primory kray, in first time, with Chine). The idea of the balanced economic, ecological and social interests for these territories has becoming more actual under new conditions. It is resulted from the fact that natural-resource factors are the base of the own industry and vital functions of population and at the same time it is the base of the collaboration of the frontier regions. In the same time it needs for environment and restoration.
