The implementation of national projects is impossible without good public presentation and socio-economic and demographic resources. One way to a submission, is a web-atlas, which allows at the regional level to carry out spatial analysis to optimize management decisions.The project aims at developing and creating an integrated scientific background Web-Atlas of the Saratov region, reflecting its educational and scientific resources, demographic and social characteristics of the population.
