EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON GAS-SOLID FLOW BEHAVIORS IN HIGH-DENSITY CIRCULATING FLUIDIZED BED
High-density circulating fluidized beds have been received increasing attention, e.g. fluid catalytic cracking 1, production of maleic anhydride 2, combustion 3 and gasification 4. For coal gasification, an advanced 285 MW coal-based transport gasifier operated at high circulation rates, velocities, and riser densities is being building near Orlando in American by Southern Company 4.
