A STUDY ON MERCURY AND SULFUR RELEASING CHARACTERS DURING MILD THERMAL UPGRADING
Over the past few years, extensive efforts have been made to evaluate the quantity of mercury emitted from different sources and to reduce mercury pollution from coal. However, at present, there is no universally accepted mercury control technology for coal-fired utilities. One possible method of reducing mercury emission from coal utilization could be cleaning the coal prior to its utilization.
