EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON CYCLONE AIR GASIFICATION OF RICE HUSK
China has studied most kinds of gasifying technologies, which included up-draft, down-draft, stratified down-draft and circulating fluidized bed (CFB) gasifiers many of which have found practical applications 1. But among all the existing technologies of biomass gasification, neither fixed bed nor fluidized bed can satisfy the requirements of industrial application completely because of their structural characteristics and operational conditions, being heavily influence by the type and structure of the biomass source.
