NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF SPRAY EVAPORATION CHARACTERISTICS IN DESULFUERIZATION REACTOR

Multispouted Flue Gas Desulfurization technology (MS-FGD) basing on the Circulation Fluid Bed(CFB) Flue gas desulfurization, focus on removing the Flue gas contaminations alliedly in the low temperature region. Liquid ion absorption and solid adsorption mainly react respectively in the first and second reaction region. According to the rcsearches1,2, about 60% of SO2 is removed in the liquid ion absorption. The condition of the first reaction region is the main technology method to raise the desulfurization rate. Thus, deeply studying on the evaporation characteristics, liquid distribution is of importance for optimizing desulfuriation technology, raising desulfuriztion rate and reducing operation cost.
