RESEARCH OF COKE FORMATION ON HZSM-5 ZEOLITE USED FOR TWO-STAGE GASOLINE SYNTHESIS FROM SYNGAS
The catalytic conversion of syngas into high-quality clean fuels and chemicals is an effective and green process to release the shortage of crude oil. Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) has been widely used for this conversion, but the product distributions of FTS on iron or cobalt based catalysts obey the Anderson-Schulz-Flory (ASF) polymerization kinetics, resulting in a statistical distribution of hydrocarbons. Therefore, it is necessary to make further transformation of a part of FTS product into the desired fraction.
