SLUDGE INCINERATION SYSTEM WITH HIGH TEMPERATURE LOW OXYGEN AIR COMBUSTION BASED ON GENETIC ALGORITHM OPTIMIZATION DESIGN

Sludge incineration can kill pathogens and cut down sludge volume to least, and it can be used as fuel. High temperature air combustion has the advantage of high furnace temperature , big flame and combustion stability,even it can reduce the production of dioxin to some extent.In the incineration system in this paper,the sludge was burned in the upper grate of furnace, volatile can be burned out in the secondary combustion chamber. Regenerative High Temperature Air Generator was arranged at the smoke channel of incinerator, it acquires preheated air through recovery heat from flue gas .This paper discusses the condition of sludge incineration and the minimum coal needed for stabilization combustion.Among all factors affecting the consumption of coal, excess air coefficient, oxygen concentration of preheated air,the rate of the first and the secondary air,the residence time of material in primary chamber,and exhaust smoke temperature affect the coal consumption,then an optimization model taking the minimum gross coal consumption rate as the object function is established,the range of allowance parametric constitutes inequality, the optimum solution is obtained by genetic algorithm,thus an operation scheme with optimal parameters is obtained .The text provides a kind of novel, high efficiency, and low cost processing technique for sludge treatment――sludge combustion with high temperature low oxygen air technology, it is beneficial to the sludge combustion disposing.
