MIGRATION BEHAVIOR AND WASHABILITY OF FLUORINE IN GUIZHOU COAL DURING CLEANING PROCESS

Guizhou coal was studied through regressive release flotation and float-sink experiment, low-temperature ashing experiment, change law of fluorine content in the different products, inorganic affinity between fluorine and inorganic minerals, washability and removal ability of fluorine. The result shows that the inorganic species is the primary form of fluorine existence in the SC-DHB coal; the fluorine concentration depends on the kinds of fluorine-bearing minerals and their contents; fluorine in the SC-DHB coal has strong inorganic affinity; as clean coal ash is 10.0%, the floatability of the SC-DHB coal is in the middle degree; as clean coal ash is 13.0%, the washability grade is ‘easily to process’. The floatability of SC-DHB coal is in the middle degree according to theoretical clean coal recovery; it is possible to remove dirt bands and minerals; for low fluorine mass fraction coal, fluorine mass fraction may be less than lower limit of fluorine pollution in surroundings, and washing floatation technology of Guizhou raw coal is feasible in fluorine removal of coal.
