NUMERICAL SIMULATION RESEARCH OF SIMULTANEOUS REDUCTION OF SO2、NOz EMISSIONS FROM REBURNING
Coal powder reburning which bases on the organic acid salt solution accelerator may simultaneously remove NOx and SO2.The organic acid radical decompose into the hydrocarbon root under high temperature, participating NO reduce reaction and combustion reaction. Metallic ion that in the accelerator as well as the active metal oxide compound which produced from accelerator thermal decomposition both have the promote action to reduce NO from reburning, simultaneously react with gaseous state sulfide rapidly, produce metal sulfides, and were oxidized to sulfate after entering burnout area. The accelerator solution absorb heat during evaporation and thermal decomposition in reburn area, which makes the flue gas temperature to be lower than that in burnout area, and has suppressed the sulfate decomposition to a certain extent, therefore may obtain the high solid sulfur efficiency. The numerical simulation of simultaneous remove NOx and SO2 in reactor has carried on in this article. With the increases of Ca/S, desulphurization efficiency increase.
