THE CHARACTERISTIC ANALYSIS AND MATHEMATICAL SIMULATION OF FLOW FIELD IN POWDERED COAL GASIFIER
The coal gasification technology have been rapidly developed recently due to the shortage of energy and the high price of oil in China.The powdered coal gasifier and its nozzles are the key equipments in the safe and efficient operation of gasifier.A PDF non-premixed combustion has been established,which shows us the contours of temperature and velocity in gasifier.Nozzle-heat-trasfer model also has been set up ,which indicats that the maximum temperature of nozzle can be reduced by adding the cooling water and increasing the rotational flow.The flow field will be changed near the nozzle casing by optimizing the nozzle structure,which will weaken circumfluence of high temperature gas and decrease the corronsion of high temperature residues in gasifier.These results can give us an important guide to experiment,design and operate the powdered coal gasification.
