Research of Quality Control of Propellant Loading and Final Assembly of SRM and the Head Propulsion Device of the Escape System

摘要：

Aimed at high reliability and security characteristics of manned vehicle, the main quality problems were solved through innovation in technology and the key problems tackled to overcome weakness. The quality and performance of solid rocket motors (SRM) of escape system for Shenzhou vehicle series are ensured and their performance are reproducibility by means of normalization of developing management with product guarantee outline, adopting a series of measures of quality control and management as well as sustaining quality improvement.
