A Study of Sanding Gear for Soil Bin Test
All kinds of ground validation test for lunar rover are necessary to ensure its reliability. Soil bin test is one of the best methods to study performance of the wheel of lunar rover on soft and loose ground. In the test, preparation of soil is always the difficult point as repeated tests require consistency of soil. In this paper, an idea of sanding gear is presented, which can be used to prepare the soil in the test.
